In a tweet, ANZ said bank cards should work normally and would not be affected by the outage.

ANZ Bank’s mobile and online banking services are currently unavailable.

Users started reporting issues around 10:00 a.m.

On social media, ANZ said people were working hard to resolve the issue.

The bank said on Twitter that it did not know how long it would take before services were restored.

“We don’t have a timeline, but our technical team is working hard to get this service back up and running as soon as possible,” the ANZ Twitter account said.

A bank spokesperson said some customers were unable to access its goMoney app and internet banking.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.”

The spokesperson did not respond to questions about the cause of the problem or whether the customer’s payments could be affected.

The bank’s Facebook page had received nearly 300 comments on the outage as of midday.

The outage comes after BNZ bank customers were unable to use internet and mobile banking for several hours on Saturday.

The BNZ outage drew 1,800 comments on the company’s Facebook page, with customers saying their card was declined when trying to buy fuel, groceries and other goods, disrupting their weekend -end of Easter.
